1. Design Review Call

Our EcoLuxe Design Process begins with a discovery call where we discuss your vision, lifestyle, and wellness goals. If it makes sense and we believe we can help you, we then schedule an in-person consultation to dive deeper into your needs and wants.

2. Initial Consultation, The Design Playbook

Style concepts: An overview of initial design ideas and inspiration based on your preferences.
Preliminary budget: A realistic budget estimate, including furnishings and review of total project costs.
Scope of work: A detailed outline of the project's phases and milestones
Contract: If we decide that we are good fit for one another, an agreement will be signed and we can proceed forward with the project.

3. Design Development

Detailed design concepts including 3D virtual renderings
Material selections (from flooring to fixtures)
Wellness features that align with your lifestyle
Architectural plans in collaboration with your architect to ensure that spaces function well for how you live

4. Project Execution

Tile Elevations and Detail Drawings: These provide precise visual representations of tile layouts, including patterns, dimensions, and installation specifics, ensuring clarity in design implementation.
Flooring Layouts: Detailed plans illustrating the arrangement and specifications of flooring materials guide installers for accurate placement and material usage
Specification Books: Comprehensive documents outlining the types, colors, finishes, and installation methods for all materials and products, serving as a central reference for the construction team
Lighting Plans: Reflected ceiling plans indicating the locations, types, and specifications of lighting fixtures, accompanied by detailed schedules for proper installation
Millwork Details and Drawings: Precise designs for custom woodwork elements, such as cabinetry and moldings, including dimensions, materials, and details to guide fabrication and installation
On-Site Visits: Regular on-site visits are conducted to ensure flawless execution of your project. As the client's liaison, we maintain open communication and collaboration with the architect, builder, and construction team, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Selections: all selections of furniture and decor for your space will begin alongside the construction process.
Management: We manage everything from creating a detailed proposal to ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation.
